Campus Hire Induction: Campus to Corporate

This program focuses on the students who have secured a job, at two different ends:

1.  At the college end: For students who have secured a job offer and are waiting to join the company
2.  At the company end: For campus hires during the induction phase (in the first or second week of their joining); the program can be customized for each company in consultation with the business and HR The program aims to churn the students through live situations that make the corporate environment. They are taken through the process of ‘things that click‘ which involves intricacies of interpersonal skills, usage of technology in day-to-day functioning, making their mark among other colleagues and impressing their managers or directors.
