Moreover, each program is interlinked to another program to drive the complete career cycle of a student as shown in the figure below. Once a student gets clarity on what academic program is right for him/her, the next is to prepare a student to get his degree completed with right study perspectives through the orientation program. In case of campus hires recruited by specific companies, the orientation program takes the shape of ‘campus to corporate. During or after the completion of the degree program, a student is taken through the employability skills development to prepare him/her for the world of work.
