LORATIS Soft Skills Certification Program

The LORATIS Soft Skills program is designed to help candidates develop and enhance their performance and productivity by learning and practicing through effective interactions with subject matter experts (SMEs) and industry experts. The contents of the program are developed in tune with the NASSCOM Finishing School Guidelines.
 
It helps to transform the personal attributes of a candidate with respect to what is expected by the industry which would enable them to overcome the screening barrier. The emphasis of the program is on: Communication/Presentation Skills, Team Work, Management Skills, Employability Skills and Basics of Business.
