Terms
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods/services supplied by Loratis Career School, Bangalore ordered from the Loratis Career School’s website at www.loratis.co.in. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Loratis Career School reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.

These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.

Orders and Prices
Loratis Career School uses EBS Payment Gateway as their online purchasing system.

Loratis Career School accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at the time of purchase

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are subject to VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.

The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Loratis Career School will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

When ordering online your order will be sent to Loratis Career School through EBS Payment Gateway by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Loratis Career School has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Loratis Career School on 080 22456262.

Orders of workshops shown on the website can also be placed by telephone or in person at the office during office hours.

All goods are workshops/career advisory services are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the workshop has begun, Loratis Career School will inform you and re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable workshops.

Loratis Career School is under no obligation to accept any order.

Payment Security
Loratis Career School uses EBS Payment Gateway for online payments. EBS Payment Gateway allows us to safely process your payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. Loratis Career School is not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

Loratis Career School does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Please see our privacy statement for further details.

Cancellation and Refund

The workshop/services fee once paid is non-refundable. However, the candidate /customer may avail the respective workshop/services at a later date, but not later than 60 days from the date of payment; after which no postponement of workshop will be entertained. The workshop/services fee/candidature is also not transferable to any other person.
